Selling Half Of Ultra Semiconductor

Semiconductors are selling off. With summer underway and a lot of negative oil talk already about, I don’t want to be too exposed to the volatile semiconductor segment. However, on the off chance that we get a snapback rally, I’m holding half of my position.

I’ve placed an order to sell half of my Ultra Semiconductor (SMPIX) shares at the close of market today. I anticipate that my sell price will give me just over a 5% profit on the position, so far. It’s a mutual fund so I cannot specify a specific price nor sell at market price. After the sale, I’ll post the results on my Strategies page.
