Please pardon the delay in publishing a report on our distribution to Iwaki yesterday. Socks for Japan has been busy with exciting new developments that will help us reach a greater number of survivors more quickly. That’s the good news. The less good is that making such arrangements used up time I wanted to put into the report. It’s on its way, though, and will be worth reading.
We have more vehicles, more gasoline, more socks, and will soon receive 10,000 press-seal plastic bags from a Japanese company that makes them right here in Sano! The head office is in Tokyo but the factory is in Sano. It’s a small world when you start asking around.
We’re doing important work. Thanks to everybody who’s helping. For those who haven’t yet, it’s not too late to join us. Here are two moments during yesterday’s distribution in Iwaki:
